Dana brings her love for whole-hearted living and lasting inner healing through her nature connection, nervous system regulation tools, breath work, honest and courageous emotional inquiry, and guided meditation.  She offers a full embrace of wellness through nature awareness, plant spirit medicine, mindfulness meditation, rooted tending of the land, story-telling, creative writing and authentic communication in 4 languages.  With over 25 years teaching and mentoring students of all ages and a whole life of wilderness exploration, international travel and dance.

She finds great joy in guiding others to heal through their innate bond to the natural world and their ability to know their inner truth.  Her passion for living sustainably has led her to visit communities throughout North and South America living in a gentle way on the planet and apply the many principles she has learned from these to her everyday life.  As she tends her outer landscape and environment, she simultaneously tends her inner landscape as well and has found great freedom from the practices she has gathered over many years of self-healing and deconstruction of limiting beliefs and traumas.  She feels great joy in being able to share this with others who are seeking their own healing as well.
